These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and the WADE X team ("we," "our"), concerning your use of the WADE X anti-detect browser ("Application") available for download at https://wade.is ("Site").
By visiting, downloading, and using the Site and/or Application, you confirm the following:
You have read these Terms of Use, understand their content, and agree to comply with them.
You are at least 16 years of age, or you are using the Application under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You have the legal right to use the Application in your jurisdiction and its use does not violate applicable local laws.
You accept that the use of the Application is conducted in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon their posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Application means acceptance of the updated terms.
To access the Application, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. After registration, you are required to confirm the specified address using a code sent to your email and set a password for login.
You agree to:
Not share access to your account with third parties.
Immediately notify us of any suspicion of unauthorized access to your account.
Ensure the accuracy and validity of the information provided in your account.
The Application, as well as all materials presented on the Site and in the Application, including text, graphics, software, logos, and other elements (hereinafter referred to as "Content"), are our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application solely for personal or internal business purposes.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Application.
Use the Application for illegal purposes, as well as for sending spam, malicious code, or attacks on other systems.
Transfer the license or grant access to the Application to third parties without our written consent.
You agree to use the Application in accordance with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Application without a refund.
After installing the Application, you have the opportunity to use it for free within a limited functionality (up to 5 profiles).
To gain extended access to the Application, you are required to subscribe, the terms of which are presented on the Site. Payment processing is carried out by third-party providers, and we are not responsible for the processing of your payment data.
Upon expiration of the subscription, access to the Application will be suspended, and data, including backups, may be deleted after 180 days. You can renew or modify your subscription by contacting our support service.
Within 14 days from the date of subscription purchase, you have the right to request a refund by contacting support. A refund is provided upon submission of all necessary documents. In the case of voluntary modification of the subscription, the unused balance of funds is non-refundable.
The Application is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees for uninterrupted operation, complete compliance with your expectations, or absence of errors. You bear full responsibility for using the Application in accordance with the applicable law of your jurisdiction.
You are prohibited from:
Using the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Bypassing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with the security systems embedded in the Application.
Distributing, modifying, or reproducing the source code of the Application without authorized permission.
The Application may contain links to third-party resources, for which we are not responsible for the content, functionality, and availability. Use of such resources is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify the terms of use of the Application, notifying you of significant changes. By continuing to use the Application after changes are made, you agree to the new terms.
We may terminate your access to the Application in the event of a violation of the Terms of Use. You may delete the Application at any time, but this does not release you from obligations under active subscriptions.
