5. TERMS OF FREE USE
After installing the Application, you have the opportunity to use it for free within a limited functionality (up to 5 profiles).
6. PAID SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
To gain extended access to the Application, you are required to subscribe, the terms of which are presented on the Site. Payment processing is carried out by third-party providers, and we are not responsible for the processing of your payment data.
Upon expiration of the subscription, access to the Application will be suspended, and data, including backups, may be deleted after 180 days. You can renew or modify your subscription by contacting our support service.
7. REFUND POLICY
Within 14 days from the date of subscription purchase, you have the right to request a refund by contacting support. A refund is provided upon submission of all necessary documents. In the case of voluntary modification of the subscription, the unused balance of funds is non-refundable.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Application is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees for uninterrupted operation, complete compliance with your expectations, or absence of errors. You bear full responsibility for using the Application in accordance with the applicable law of your jurisdiction.

12. TERMINATION OR RESTRICTION OF ACCESS
We may terminate your access to the Application in the event of a violation of the Terms of Use. You may delete the Application at any time, but this does not release you from obligations under active subscriptions.
